Prayer and Thanksgiving

Just wanted to give everyone a quick note to let them know whats going on in the Mutart home. We have been hearing from Jeremy every few days and God has already done amazing things to protect him. Yesterday, the car bombing in Iraq that was in the news, was only 500ft from Jeremy. He said he was getting ready to put his foot outside the door of his guard post and the blast went off and blew him inside the post about 50ft back. He was not hurt, but was thankful that God protected him. After the blast went off, he went outside and noticed a piece of shrapnel that was 8" x 4" that was exactly on the place he would've been standing. I am just in awe of his provision and thankful for his mercy. Kyran will be having surgery on Wednesday morning to have tubes in his ears, tonsils and adenoid pads removed. It is supposed to be a fairly common procedure and it has been a long time coming for Ky. He is constantly having ear infections and sinus problems. I am praying that the surgery goes well (obviously) and that he finally gets to experience what being well feels like! Kegan is growing out of the squealing stage and Kaylin is moving in! Girls definitely have higher pitched squeals! Kegan is wanting to be a big boy and Kaylin is toddling off after her brothers. Thank you all in advance for your prayers for Jeremy. The news of his extension and our anniversary in the same week was a lot to bear. Just when I think that I have given all I have to give He gives me strength and courage to give even more.
