If I was asked what I learned being a military wife it would be to depend on God. I am not talking about depending on God for all our petty needs, but true dependency. A dependency that you could find no where else that gets us through our tough days. One of the toughest days is coming, when Jeremy will say goodbye again. The bible says that God is a father to the fatherless and we have felt his love. We covet your prayers the next couple of days as we enjoy and cherish our last few days together. We ask that you pray for Jeremy for wisdom, strength, and protection. It is one thing to be left behind, but it is a different thing to leave and go to a war zone. God really spoke to me the last couple of days about dependency and commitment. The verse that He gave us, "Weren't the Sudanese and Libyans a large army with many chariots and drivers? But when you depended on the Lord, he handed them over to you. The Lord's eyes scan the whole world to find those whose hearts are committed to him and to strengthen them." 2Cron. 16:8-9a
May God continue to Bless you all and we are grateful for your prayers,
With Love,
The 5Mutarts
